🍰 Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Cami’s Home Bakery. We take great pride in baking cakes that bring joy to your special moments. Each order is handmade with love, care, and attention to detail. Because our cakes are perishable and made-to-order, we kindly ask that you read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


❌ Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is picked up or delivered, it is considered final. Cakes cannot be restocked or resold, and for food safety reasons, we are unable to take any item back once it has left our bakery.


🕒 Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order:

  • You may request a cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, as we begin preparing ingredients and baking ahead of time.

Please email or message us directly to request a cancellation. We will confirm the status as soon as possible.


🧁 Incorrect or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging and preparing every cake. However, if your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a partial or full refund, credit for a future order, or a replacement (if time allows).

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate solution based on the situation.


🎂 Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom cakes, including those with personalized decorations, messages, or dietary adjustments, are final sale and non-refundable once confirmed. These cakes are made to your specific request and cannot be modified or resold.

We recommend reviewing all design details, flavors, sizes, and spelling carefully before finalizing your order. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to contact us in advance — we're happy to help!


📸 Quality Claims

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cake, we encourage you to reach out to us within 24 hours. Please include photos and a description of the issue. As a small home bakery, customer happiness is very important to us, and we will evaluate each concern on a case-by-case basis.
